Hampton Weekend Retreat
This two-day in-person Hampton retreat will teach you how to break negative patterns that hold you back.
The Twin flame will learn to understand the dynamic between the counterparts and why we are asked to do this work. We will be learning how to clear negativity, overcome our ego patterns and and receive support from our Twin’s higher self.
We will learn to enter the light that guides us through ascension. Through our accession we will stop the runner/chaser cycle and find our higher purpose.

All courses start on Friday at 3PM and end on Sunday at 3PM. During these 48 hours we will learn as a group plus have individual sessions. You will be the guest at my Southampton home. The maximum amount of attendees will be 4. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare, directions and course description. Please see detailed descriptions of each day below.
My Southampton home is a 3 minute walk to Peconic Bay. 10 minutes from Ocean beaches and Bridgehampton. Private guest rooms and organic home cooked meals. Enjoy a weekend of calm and do the work for your souls mission.

Day 01 / Looking within
Day one you will be guided to take a deep look within yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.
We will speak about what a twin flame relationship is and why we are asked to do this work. We will start our personal journals and learn how to connect to the Light which clears out ego patterns and creates the connection to our higher selves and Source.

Day 02 / The External
On Day Two we shift our focus to our twin flame calling. We will discuss male/female polarity, ascension, and awakening. We will also start exploring ‘The dark night of the Soul’ and how to stop chasing.
We will look deeper at why we are here and what is asked from us. We will start to explore our personal twin flame relationships, and how to prepare and clear the path to union.

Day 03 / New Beginnings
This is the day we deepen our understanding of our path. We will use our new tools for self-love and soul ascension. Each attendee will have a 45 minutes private session to receive personal support for the journey ahead.
We will create a care package to keep our paths clear. This will help the runner feel safe to return and their soul Self to support us while we deepen the connection.
